Return Policy

RETURN POLICY 

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGE

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

 

RETURN PROCESS / EXCHANGE PROCESS

To exchange an item, please email customer service at customerservice@lovememoimi.com to obtain a Return Love Product Authorization Number (RlPAN). In the subject line, place your order number and item. 

You can attach images and any other information as to why you want to return your purchase. You will receive an email from customer service advising the next steps within 3-5 business days. 

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting your item's condition, we will process your return/exchange. Please allow at least 7 more business days from your (RlPAN) receipt to process your store credit. We will notify you by email when your code with your store credit is ready. 

 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned: 

  • All personalized/ customized items
  • All perishable items 

 

Please contact us at the customer service email and via social media to arrange an exchange/ replacement for defective or damaged products. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
